The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) wants to change perceptions about flood risk and educate community officials about the value of flood mitigation. Another white paper on the subject matter would not cut through. With Brightline Interactive, we created IMMERSED, a fully interactive virtual reality experience which puts people in the shoes of a community official in a flood event. Our mission was to make it an unforgettable experience that resonates long after the headset comes off.
